Wizarding World MTG Cube

Welcome to my Harry Potter World inspired Magic the Gathering Cube. 

 

This Cube is designed for free and with no purpose of earning money or any type of profit. It is exclusively made for having fun and hanging out with friends.

All trademarks belong to the original authors and creators of Magic the Gathering and Harry Potter franchise.

This Cube is originally designed for 12 players (540 cards, not including basic lands.). 

If you somehow ended up here, please feel free to take a look at the cards and if you like them you can use them as you please.

In this Cube you will find two of my biggest passions combined into one: Harry Potter and Magic the Gathering.

The Harry Potter world fits perfectly into the MTG card game, as it is a world in continuous expansion and full of different types of creatures, each with different abilities that fit with the already created mechanics in MTG. 

This world does not only involve humans, being either wizard, muggles or squibs, it also involves creatures as big as Dragons or as dangerous as a Lethifold, and small as a Puffskein or mischievous as an Erkling. 

 

Wizards, of course, take the most important role in this world as they are the main protagonists of the novel.

You will find the courageous Gryffindors, the smart Ravenclaws, the noble Hufflepuffs and the cunning Slytherins being involved with the different creatures of the Wizarding World, alongside the righteous Aurors and their fight against the deathly Deatheaters and the rise of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. It is up to you to choose what side you will take in this epic fight against evil.

I do not own any of the art used in these cards. Additionally, the cards were made using MSE . This is a quick, easy, free program for creating custom MTG cards. I recommend it to anyone looking to mess around with custom cards. To MTG Fans:

It is fair to say that not all the cards in this set are what you may consider ''fair'' and even more, you can call some of them as ''broken''. As a matter of fact, many of these cards were designed in order to be strong. The set is not intended to be played with other MTG sets, although you can, and is mostly for a custom Harry Potter draft. I did my best to make this set as balanced  as possible within itself, rather than balance it with already existing cards and sets. It made it easier for me and saved me a lot of frustration not to worry about previous/future MTG sets when creating my own custom cards.

To Harry Potter Fans:

As you may have noticed I am a big Harry Potter fan, and I did my best to keep the accuracy between flavor text, art, characters and abilities, however some liberties were taken, as it's not always easy to find art or characters to fill the necessities of the set and at the same time stay loyal to the original source. For that reason some cards are my own interpretation of characters, themes, and events to fit within the Harry Potter universe.
